These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale are up to date as of August 18, 2026.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (hereinafter “TOS”) are offered by Mademoiselle. Email address: sexyglamour66@gmail.com

1.2. Mademoiselle is the owner and publisher of the website https://www.mademoiselle-dominatrice.com. The Site is hosted by Wix.com Ltd.

1.3. The Site offers for sale physical or digital products reserved for adults. Prices are set unilaterally by Mademoiselle. No refunds are possible.

1.4. Before using the Site, the User must ensure that they have the technical means to use the Site and order the Items, and that their browser allows secure access.

1.5. THE SITE MAY ONLY BE USED BY PERSONS AGED TWENTY-ONE (21) AND OVER.

2. APPLICATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE TOS

2.1. These TOS define the conditions under which Mademoiselle makes the Services offered on the Site available. They apply to any Order placed on the Site.

2.2. The User declares that they have read and accepted these TOS before placing an Order. Use of the Services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these TOS.

2.3. The TOS are regularly updated. The applicable TOS are those in force on the Site on the date of the Order.

3. ORDERING ITEMS ON THE SITE

3.1. The Items offered on the Site are described as accurately as possible. Any purchase implies that the User has no doubt about the nature of the Item.

3.2. The Buyer selects the Item(s) they wish to order and can access a summary of their Order at any time.

3.3. The summary presents the list of selected Items as well as any shipping costs. The Buyer may modify their Order before validation.

3.4. After acceptance of the TOS and validation of the Order with obligation to pay, the contract is validly concluded between Mademoiselle and the Buyer.

3.5. The Buyer acknowledges that any Order is linked to an obligation to pay and accepts the refund policy described in articles 8.1 to 8.3.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

4.1. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are not included and are calculated at the time of the Order according to weight, destination country and delivery method.

4.2. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

4.3. The total amount is indicated in the Order summary before validation.

4.4. Payment is made in euros, by credit card or via the secure payment platforms offered on the Site (including Square and PayPal).

4.5. The payment systems used guarantee the confidentiality of banking information. Bank details are not stored by the Site.

4.6. The Buyer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method and undertakes to provide accurate information.

5. DELIVERY OF ITEMS

5.1. Items may be delivered in France, Monaco, French overseas territories and the European Union, subject to availability of the delivery method. International shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

5.2. Mademoiselle undertakes to ship the Item(s) within a maximum of 60 days from confirmation of the Order, excluding postal delays.

5.3. Mademoiselle cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or losses attributable to the carrier. Physical shipments are tracked.

5.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of their delivery and billing details. Any change must be reported without delay to sexyglamour66@gmail.com. Failing this, no refund will be issued.

5.5. No return or refund will be made in the event of the Buyer’s absence at the time of delivery.

5.6. Digital Items are not subject to any replacement in the event of loss or deletion.

6. USER SERVICE

6.1. For any request for information or complaint, the User must contact Mademoiselle at: sexyglamour66@gmail.com or via the shop contact page.

6.2. The response time is a maximum of 6 working days.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User undertakes to:

• Use the Site in accordance with these TOS

• Not use the Site for illegal purposes

• Not infringe Mademoiselle’s intellectual property rights

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or introduce malicious elements

8. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – REFUND POLICY

8.1. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Items sold on the Site are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

8.2. No refund will be issued by Mademoiselle for any Item, whether physical or digital. Any paid Item is final.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. Mademoiselle implements the means necessary for the proper functioning of the Site. She cannot be held responsible for misuse of the Site, the actions of a third party, or a case of force majeure.

9.2. The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Mademoiselle exercises no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements present on the Site (texts, images, visuals, structure) are the exclusive property of Mademoiselle. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These TOS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
